Our only employee/business partner is our best friend Angel. Angel has inspired us to start Heeling Dog Walks through her love and passion for the outdoors. Angel is a Border collie / Lab and is instantly friends with everybody she meets, dog or not. She is at her best socializing with friends and blazing through the trails. Watching her excitement while playing with her k9 friends all the while building the bonds that are extremely important in a dogs life reinforced to us the importance of balance in life, not only in humans but also in our pets.... This is where our company comes in...Our belief is that proper nutrition, exercise, love and socialization are the building blocks to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Adventure Hikes $20/hr.
Relax while you are away knowing that you have qualified, licenced, insured & bonded professionals caring for your home and your best friend while you are away.
We hike the trails with up to 5 friends, right here in Victoria's backyard. Homeward bound tired and ready for a nap. Dont fret your pet, Angel will insure those paws are clean before they return home.
One - on - One $20 / 45mins.
Tuck - ins $20 / 30mins.
For those not so 9 to 5ers. When you can’t be their to let them out and wish them a good night. We can! Call us!
Just the two of us! Perfect for those friends who are not quite social yet, or who needs a little more guidance on a leash with focus on basic obedience. Chances are they just enjoy the extra attention.
Dog Park Parties $20/hr.
Drop -ins $15 / 30mins.
Puppies enjoy these visits the most, as they only have puppy bladders. We will come to your home and let out your best friend and play their favorite game, then make sure they are clean and comfortable while awaiting your arrival.
Let loose with friends in one of Victoria’s off-leash dog parks. Angel will only take out 4 dogs at a time and will keep them running, wrestling, and/or fetching the whole time. You will come home to one happy tired pooch.

The Royal Treatment
We will pick up your best friend in the morning, they will join us in all of our fun throughout the day. Then when we are all tuckered out we will drop them off when you get home.

Nothing burns off that energy like a good friendly play date. It is also a great way to introduce your pup into a positive social environment.

The Heeling Dog Walk Event is bringing together Victoria's "Best" Local Pet Care Professionals, Products, and Services, all in one event to raise money for the BC Cancer Foundations "Inspire the World Campaign". The first 500 Best friends to register will receive a FREE Gift Bag from Want a Cookie. Don't forget to bring your wallet to participate in our games and competitions and leave with one of many amazing prizes.

Registration on the 27th. begins at 10:30 am. The walk starts at 11:00 am. On your choice of two separate walking courses: A 1km. walk and a 2 1/2 km. hike.

Hi my name is Lizzie Wright I am a West Highland White Terrier. I wanted to tell you about my special people. Jennifer and Steven are my special people they come to my house at night while my mom works at the hospital. My mom works nights for 12 hours that is a long time. My special people come over and play with me and take me for walks in the evening and in return I give them lots of love! When my mom comes home she sees that I am all happy and content and the kitchen is nice and clean because I went potty outside. I love my special people and their dog-named Angel. I would be very lonely at night without my special friends so I look forward to their visits. I dont worry about my mom going to work because I know someone is coming to play with me!
Jennifer and Steven have been very good to Lizzie. I appreciate and trust them with my Westie Lizzie. Lizzie has benefited from all the attention she has received and as a reward she is very socialized. Lizzie shows no separation anxiety and probably looks forward to me going to work so she can play with other people. I also appreciated their involvement with BC Cancer Agency, as oncology is my second passion. I would highly recommend them to all dog owners and especially Westie owners.

From the non 9-5ersBoth my partner and myself are shift workers, making doggie parenting somewhat challenging. Finding quality pet services that could accommodate evening and weekend shifts has been impossible and stressful until we started using Heeling Dog Walks. Now Abbey, our rambunctious Weimaraner, gets an evening walk and dinner from Steven, and we get the peace of mind that our house will be intact in the morning and that Abbey has had some TLC. Abbey also benefits from the group walks and comes back happy and exhausted, no small feat for a Weimaraner! Thank you Steven and Jennifer with your flexibility and love of dogs, we now know that we go off to work we dont have to worry about Ab.
